Oura Ring 5

Oura Ring’s accuracy has been tested against gold-standard lab measurements in independent,peer-reviewed studies, from heart rate and HRV to sleep staging. Continuous readings from your finger give Oura a strong, reliable signal delivering insights you can trust.

Oura Ring 5 is waterproof up to 100 meters (~330 feet),meaning that you can wear it while showering, swimming,or partaking in recreational diving (e.g. snorkeling),but we don’t recommend using your Oura Ring while scuba diving or keeping it submerged underwater for over 12 hours. Chlorine will not damage it.

Oura Ring operating temperature ranges from -10–52°C / 14–125°F. You can safely wear your Oura Ring in the shower, hot tubs, saunas, ice baths, and cryotherapy tanks. However, extended exposure to extreme temperatures (below -20°C / -4°F or above 60°C / 140°F) may lead to battery damage.

Oura Ring gives a complete picture of your health, including:

• Women’s Health:Cycle Insights,Pregnancy Insights,and Menopause Insights

One charge lasts up to 6-9 days of battery life, depending on ring size and usage*

We recommend you use an Oura Ring sizing kit before selecting your Oura Ring size. The kit includes plastic ring sizers corresponding to Oura Ring sizes, which differ slightly from standard ring sizes (note:half sizes are not available).

For accuracy, wear the sizing ring for at least 24 hours, including while sleeping, before finalizing your size. If you’re between sizes,we recommend choosing the smaller size for a more secure fit. Visit our Sizing Page for more information.

Upgrading is easy. Just add Oura Ring 5 as a new device in the Oura App — no new Membership needed. You can also connect more than one ring and switch between them.
